Who am I?
I'm Daniel S. Sagan, a dedicated and hardworking programmer with a passion for web development and a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies. I'm certified in A+ (CompTIA), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Java, which has helped me build a solid technical base. I have over two years of customer service experience, which taught me how to communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure, and prioritize client needs—skills I carry into every project I work on. I also gained valuable teamwork and multitasking experience during my time working at Paddles Up Poke. I'm always eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in both technical and customer-facing roles.
Future Goals and Plans
I'm planning to pursue a career in data administration and software development, combining my technical skills with my strong work ethic and customer service background. I've taken several relevant college-level courses, including CS 121 (Computer Science I), Web Design, and Web Development, which deepened my understanding of programming logic, front-end frameworks, and back-end systems. These classes, along with my certifications, have given me hands-on experience with real coding challenges and software problem-solving. I'm committed to continuing my education, building on what I've learned, and becoming a skilled developer and data professional who can bring value to any team.
